By understanding the implications of BANI, leaders can develop the skills and capabilities needed to successfully navigate the complexities of the future.
Led by expert trainers Martin Voon and Christine Hu, this one-and-a-half day training program will equip you with the tools and strategies you need to thrive in BANI times. You'll learn how to build agility, resilience, and adaptive leadership capabilities, and develop a deep understanding of the key drivers of change in today's dynamic business landscape.

Martin Voon
Managing Partner at Q595 Consulting and TrainingMartin has over 20 years of experience in corporate consulting and training. He is good at using coaching guidance, theoretical knowledge, experiential teaching and other methods to help students learn from 1-to-1 and courses.
Martin moved to Hong Kong in1995 and has worked in Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong. He now lives in Shanghai. He spent eight years in coaching and management positions at outward bound schools in Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan from 1990 to 2000. Prior to joining German Q595 Consulting and Training as a Partner in China in 2016, He worked as a management consultant in three international training consulting firms in Shanghai and Beijing based in Singapore, Taiwan and Japan respectively. Martin has worked in a variety of programs and courses for multinational companies and private enterprises, and has developed change management programs and leadership training courses for the core management teams of multinational companies.
Martin is proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Fluent in all three languages. Martin skillfully combined the past experience and the understanding of the latest market economy trend, mobilized the students' personal consciousness and inspired the students' thinking from various aspects of belief, attitude and behavior.
