从一出生，女孩就被社会套上了枷锁：好女孩不能和男孩关系太好；找对象不要太挑剔，否则就会成为"大龄剩女"；结婚不要太晚，不然不利于生育；女孩不能研究科学、技术、工程和数学，因为女孩不擅于此；工作努力也没有用，反正最后也是个家庭主妇……
虽然社会的刻板印象让女性面临重重困境，但是仍然有两位女性冲破了固有的枷锁，活出了自己的精彩人生。就在11月10日，我们有幸聆听她们的故事。她们将通过自己的真实经历，为我们证明女性的能力没有边界，女性可以成就伟业，告诉每一位被束缚的女性，我们生来就有得到幸福的权利。
Jessica Cox
由于罕见的出生缺陷，杰西卡·考克斯天生无臂。但是自童年起，她就不断挑战作为一个残疾人的极限。小时候，她学习游泳，跳舞，还获得了跆拳道黑带。大学毕业后不久，杰西卡还成为了世界上第一位无臂的飞行员。作为女性，她不断对男性行业发出的挑战，她也成为了一个楷模，鼓励越来越多女性从事航空业。杰西卡将在演讲中分享她在航空这一男性行业中所面临的挑战。
Dr. Marissa
玛丽莎博士是一位组织心理学家。她童年时曾遭受虐待，但是通过不懈努力，她最终成为了一个优秀的节目主持人。同时她的著作《快乐8法》也在畅销书榜上高居第一。她曾登上了美国《福布斯》杂志、美国《福布斯》杂志、美国《玛丽·克莱尔中国》等杂志，并接受美国全国广播公司（NBC）、哥伦比亚广播公司（CBS）和福克斯晨报（Fox Morning News）的采访。玛丽莎博士在2014年获得了Asian Heritage Award、2014年Awe Lotus年度商业人物奖、2012年亚洲年度企业家奖、2007年杰出女性奖和2005年商业和媒体年度榜样奖。
玛丽莎博士作为美国长大的华裔，会在活动上分享她独特的文化理想。尽管遭受创伤，被视作异类，经历了失败的婚姻，但是她依然奔跑在追求幸福的道路上。
玛丽莎和杰西卡曾在加利福尼亚同台演讲，现在她们要再一次把女性赋权的理念传遍全世界。她们将带领观众来一次打破界限之旅，证明不论生理和环境如何阻挠，女性总是有能力成就伟业。因为得到幸福是与生俱来的权利，没有任何人可以撼动。

Almost from the moment that a girl is born, society starts imposing limitations to who she can be. Don't play with the boys, good girls should always be clean and pretty. Don't go into STEM fields because girls are generally not good at math or science. Don't be too picky about who you date or you'll never find someone. Don't work too hard on your job, you don't need to. Don't wait too long to get married or you wouldn't be able to have kids.
Despite all the limitations that we are told, on November 10th, we have the rare chance to listen to the stories of two women who defied all physical and emotional limitations to live their fullest lives. Through their stories, they will show us how women have a boundless capacity to achieve greatness and are born with the right to be happy.
Jessica Cox
Jessica Cox was born without arms due to a rare birth defect. Since childhood, Jessica has challenged the expectations for a person with a disability. At a young age, she learned how to swim, dance, and earned a black belt in Taekwondo. Shortly after college, Jessica challenged the expectations for women by deciding to become an airplane pilot in a male dominated industry. In this pursuit, she became the world's first armless pilot and has made it part of her mission to encourage more women to consider aviation. Jessica shares in her speeches the struggles she faced as a woman in a male-dominated field of aviation.
Dr. Marissa
Dr. Marissa, an organizational psychologist, overcame an abusive childhood to become an award-winning celebrity show host and the #1 bestselling author of 8 Ways to Happiness. Dr. Marissa shares experiences growing up Chinese in America with cultural expectations. She speaks on trying to find happiness in spite of past trauma, looking different, and having a failed marriage.
Dr. Marissa and Jessica met as speakers on a stage in California and are now on a mission together, to bring a message of empowerment to women around the world. The Limitless Tour is a joint effort to edu-tain audiences, and prove that you don't ever have to give up on your birthright to be happy. No matter what your physical or emotional limitations appear to be, women have the capacity to achieve greatness.
