Xiaolongbao( 小笼包) is a famous Shanghainese delicacy!
The tradition Xiaolongbao is made with pork filling with soup inside. Come learn how to make these delicious xiaolongbaos with two main ingredients - pork and skin jelly in the filling and taste your own hand-made creations!
During the class you will receive a recipe leaflet in English and Chinese character names for each ingredient.
Due to time constraints, the class will not include how to make jelly fillings, and the fillings will be pre-prepared by the instructor, but the recipe will be provided.
