Manuel Ramos is the Asia General Manager of Terao. He has been in China since 2005 and has been involved in the building industry for around 8 years. As General Manager, he is committed to lead Terao’s mission, which is helping mitigating climate change through its expertise in the building sector.

He is an MBA graduate, former board member of the EUCCC Shanghai Chapter and Environmental Working Group Chairman of the French Chamber of Commerce in China.

Vincent CAO has more than 15 years of rich experience in sales management. He has a Masters’ degree in Business Administration and has successively worked in Siemens, Xinwei Solar, General Electric, Zhonglai Optoelectronics and other companies. Vincent now serves as the Vice President of Wuxi Suntech, where he is responsible for global sales management.

With 7 years of professional experience acquired across Europe and Asia, he developed a strong expertise in accounting, finance, international taxation, audit, M&A and due diligences.
After completing his Double Master’s Degree in International Management between Bocconi University in Milan and Fudan University in Shanghai, he started his career with valuable experiences at Accenture and KPMG, followed by managerial roles in well-known consulting firms based in Shanghai.
He joined PHC Advisory Tax & Accounting in 2018 and, since then, he has been supporting our clients’ portfolio through customized solutions to manage their financial, tax, and accounting-related activities.

Maxime Besseas is a French engineer, specialized in energy modelling, energy pptimisation, low carbon approaches, and green building certification (LEED, BREEAM, WELL, HQE).

He works on new construction projects and buildings in operation. After working as project engineer and project manager, in both France and China, he is currently Asia Operation Manager at Terao. In China, he oversees mostly International industrial projects.

Gaspard has been based in China for over 6 years. After completing a Double Master's Degree of Science between Arts et Metiers Paristech in France and Shanghai Jiaotong University, he has been involved in environment-related activities.

He is in charge of developing TERAO's building sustainability services activity dedicated to the industrial sector in China.

Sebastian PETRETSCHEK holds a Diploma degree in Technology Management from the University of Stuttgart, Germany and has spent parts of his studies at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. He has been active in the renewable energy business since 2009. For C&I and large-scale PV Power Plant projects he has supported lenders, investors, EPC companies and other parties in the development, construction, commissioning and operation of assets on six continents. Further, Sebastian is a specialist for quality assurance along the value chain of PV components, particularly PV modules. In addition, Sebastian is the Director of TÜV Rheinland’s Global Technical Competence Center for PV Power Plants.

Bruno LHOPITEAU is a 20-year veteran of the Chinese maintenance market. In 2004 he founded Siveco China, a pioneer in the development of Maintenance 4.0 solutions, with a focus on mobility “for the worker of tomorrow”. The company’s range of services include maintenance audits, maintenance consulting, Maintenance 4.0 solutions (CMMS, EAM, Mobility, IoT integration, BIM for O&M) on cloud or on premises, training, etc. Siveco has over 1,000 customers’ sites in China and on the Belt & Road.

Jean-Philippe Delhom, founder, and CEO of the acoustic consulting firm Delhom Acoustics, is a passionate Senior Acoustics Engineer with more than 30 years of experience, making him a leader in building better environments and promoting acoustic comfort around the world.

His experience ranges widely from buildings acoustics such as retail, corporate offices, hospitals, hotels/resorts, music spaces, shopping-malls, auditoriums, educational facilities, restaurants, etc. to industrial projects like factories, windfarms, or town planning and environmental noise control.

Since 1995, his creative energy and motivation fueled the development of four agencies in Europe and Asia, that have kept themselves busy with over 8,000 projects completed on all continents.

Icey has a bachelor degree majored in Industry and Business Management. Prior to Li’s major responsibility as co-founder and Vice General Manager of Huihai Dacheng Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., she has 15 years of working experience in different government offices, namely Statistics Bureau, Auditing Bureau, Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Commerce Bureau. Hence, she has intensive and in-depth knowledge and study on government policies, which enables her to explore her own business in providing consultation and services to enterprises like Bollhoff, Sony Electronics, Faurecia, York, HellermannTyton, Trelleborg, and etc. Within 5 years she has won reputation and recognition from her customers by helping them fully understand government policies and leveraging government subsidies to their new investment in China.
