Legal Committee and Beijing Lawyers Association, Trademark Committee will hold a Workshop on Hot & New Topics of Trademark at the Beijing Lawyers Association Office in Beijing on November 21, 2024 (Thursday) with both online and offline options. Lawyers from the Trademark Committee of Beijing Lawyers Association will give speeches on two topics, Legal Issues Related to Trademark Classification 35, and Civil Liability for Malicious Trademark Filing.
