Prof. Dr. Zheng Han 韩政教授 is Professor of Innovation and Strategy at the Sino-German School for Postgraduate Studies (CDHK) and the School of Economics and Management (SEM) at Tongji University. He also serves as a professor and co-head of the auto-schweiz Lab at the Institute for Mobility at the University of St. Gallen and is a member of the institute’s advisory board.

Professor Han teaches in EMBA and senior executive education programs at leading international institutions, including ESMT, ETH Zürich, Mannheim Business School, and the University of St. Gallen. He has more than 20 years of consulting experience and regularly delivers executive workshops and keynote speeches for multinational corporations and “hidden champions”. Beyond academia and executive education, Professor Han contributes to public and business debates on China’s innovation economy and the transformation of the automotive industry. His media contributions include co-authored guest commentaries in Handelsblatt and Tagesspiegel.

Dr. David Romanowski is Senior Partner at Porsche Consulting, where he co-leads the cross-industry Operations Practice and heads the Porsche Consulting Asia Hub, advising European and Asian companies on their market strategies and business development.

With more than 15 years of experience in China, he has witnessed firsthand the country's rapidly growing innovation capabilities. His work primarily focuses on the automotive industry. Most recently, he supported a global automotive OEM in redefining its China strategy.

He also holds a PhD in the field of “Coopetition” – the simultaneous interplay of cooperation and competition. This concept is becoming increasingly relevant as partnerships between German and Chinese companies continue to grow in number and strategic importance.

Jun Lu 吕俊 is Associate Partner at Porsche Consulting and responsible for the Sino-European Automotive and Industrial Goods at Porsche Consulting Asia Hub.

With over 15 years of professional experience in the automotive industry, M&A, and management consulting in the Chinese-German business environment, he has developed a deep understanding of the success factors behind both German quality and China Speed.
Over the past five years, he has supported numerous European companies in their “China Speed” transformation, including the establishment of “In China, for China” development organizations and the formation of Volkswagen’s new joint venture in China. In addition, he brings extensive experience in strategic partnerships and cross-border M&A projects between Chinese and German companies.
