Background

The Covid-19 crisis marks 2020 as the beginning of a new epoch, since then, human beings have entered the new normal of VUCA, and they have immediate needs in terms of "positive attitude, self-care, and focusing on the future"; to ensure that businesses built to last, HR professionals are accountable to develop new skills, fulfill new functions, empower employees with heart and lead organizational change.

To cement its position as the right hand of the CEO in navigating complex people-centric challenges, the designed training program may help HR comprehend what coaching is in terms of theory, core competencies and skills, so as to provide positive and proactive guidance in the development of employees, managers and HR team to achieve their transformation of mindset and unleashing leadership potentials. HR as a coach is capable of applying the coaching approach in the new normal generation of VUCA to help organizations reduce difficulties encountered during the transition of business strategy or cultural change, enhancing employee value propositions (EVP), and accomplishing the ultimate goal of the company.

In the two-day workshop, senior HR and also a Master Certified Coach (MCC) of International Coaching Federation (ICF) will jointly explore the HR pain points and solutions with participants, who may learn the "tools for empowerment with heart" including coaching steps, coaching competencies and EQ management to appropriately underpin the skills, mindset and behavior model of coaching, becoming proficient when applying relevant processes and instruments, creating a unique coaching style, and successfully building an HR as Coach that is "prominent and creating value for the organization".

两天的工作坊由资深HR,同时也是国际教练联合会(ICF)的专业认证教练(PCC),与学员共同探索新常态下HR的痛点和解决之道,通过习得"心赋能工具"包括:教练步骤、教练核心能力及情商管理,巩固学员作为教练型HR的心态、技能和行为模式,熟练相关流程及工具的配套,创建独特的教练风格,成功打造『卓越非凡、为组织创造价值』的教练型HR。
