  • This program is a highly intensive workshop for professionals of all levels who want to work more effectively in a matrix organization with challenging projects or tasks. Participants will have a unique learning experience of theory and best practices. Participants will take part in living role play simulations based on well-structured critical situations and receive feedbacks and professional coaching from experienced trainer and therefore increase insights and self-awareness of own behavior by deep reflections. By improving personal influences and assertiveness, participants could be more prepared for the challenges in the near future with more confidence.
