The Impact of the Civil Code on Foreign-Invested Companies

We are delighted to invite you to our event "The Impact of the Civil Code on the Operation of Foreign-Invested Enterprises and Practical Countermeasures" scheduled to place on February 3, 2021, in Shanghai. Two distinguished speaker from the Shanghai Joius Law Firm are invited to discuss the following topics:

1. The impact of the Civil Code on business development and practical countermeasures: Focus on procurement, sales, providing service, lease of premises, financing, product liability, environmental protection, etc.
2. The impact of the Civil Code on the daily management of enterprises and practical countermeasures: Focus on Anti-fraud, employee/customer personal information protection, workplace sexual harassment/privacy, etc.
3. The impact of the Civil Code on the protection of enterprise rights and practical countermeasures: When foreign-invested enterprises experience infringement on their rights and interests, how to legally protect their rights through complaints, mediation, litigation, arbitration, etc., in accordance with the Civil Code, the Foreign Investment Law and other laws.
