We continue the series of 2019 social evenings with an exceptional dinner in CHAR, located on the top 3 floors of Hotel Indigo Shanghai on the Bund. CHAR is a contemporary grill and bar that delivers fine but refreshingly informal dinning experience. CHAR's Chef Will Colmenares and his team have prepared an exclusive 6-course dinner for us, which includes lemon grass infused lobster bisque, smoked wagyu beef tiradito and the Australian 250 days fed black Angus tenderloin as the main course.
On top of that, our wine sponsors Treasury Wine Estate will offer a fine selection of complimentary wine matching the menu, and introduce us to their unique collection.
