VDMA China is currently conducting its Autumn 2021 Business Climate Survey. The deadline for feedback is November 3. At the beginning of the year, the business climate was exceptionally good among the companies in China. In the course of the year, however, some parameters have changed significantly. This includes above all the recent power shortage but also the transportation bottleneck and increased freight rates, supply shortages and increased prices for raw and input material. It will be interesting to see how the mechanical engineering industry in China is currently evaluating the situation and what their expectations is for the next three to six months. The results will be presented to you in the Web-Meeting on November 09 before sending out to all participants.
