After the pandemic forced Lifeline to majorly scale back our R U OK? Day in 2020, we are back this year in full form for R U OK? Day 2021!
There's a power in staying connected and having meaningful conversations, and that power - that ability to truly connect with someone - is something Lifeline wants to share with everyone around us! By taking the time to ask "Are you OK?" and listen, you can help someone struggling with life feel connected and supported before they experience more serious mental health problems or thoughts of suicide.
You can look forward to a full day of mental health and wellness workshops, presentations, and fitness classes on April 17th!
Buy your tickets to register and then join us at 8:30 am for on-site session sign-ups, free coffee and tea, and small bites for purchase from our sponsors to fuel you! All our vendors will be donating a generous portion of the day's proceeds to Lifeline. So you can lunch, snack, and shop between sessions to support Lifeline!
Pre-ordered lunch sales are now closed. But there will be food on the day of available for purchase.
NOTE: Due to registration limitations of the Glued-up platform, sign ups for the smaller classes and workshops (Skylight Atrium, Honolulu, Boston Room) will be done on a first come first serve basis. State your preferences when you purchase your tickets here or on the sign-up sheets which will be posted outside each room on the day of. The popular R U OK? Workshops are 3 hours in duration each and you will be expected to stay for the full 3 hours if you sign-up for this workshop.
