If you're a single parent, you're probably tired, overwhelmed and feeling a bit underappreciated. That's why we created this online support group for single parents to share tips and parenting wisdom that will help you find rest, hope and encouragement.
At this psychoeducational group run by two counselors, participants will learn how to practice:
Skills-building
Emotional regulation
Nonviolent communication
Delegation and Balance (priorities)
Influence of values on decision-making
Burnout
Self-compassion
Recovery from Shame and Guilt.
To Whom: single moms and single dads
When: March 13, every Monday, 8 sessions in total
What time: 9 - 10:30 pm
Where: Online
Format: Open group with maximum 14 participants and 2 counselors
