For the fourth time, the China International Import Expo (CIIE) will be held on 5-10 November 2021 at the National Exhibition & Convention Center (NECC) in Shanghai. In preparation for one of Shanghai's biggest annual events, we would like to provide some insights into the previous expos and give an outlook on what to expect this year and how to participate.

At the 2020 CIIE, in spite of the COVID-19 outbreak, 37 German companies had joined the German pavilion covering 922 sqm in total. They exhibited in the High-end Intelligent Equipment area, Automotive area, Food & Agriculture area and Consumer area. In 2021, we at AHK Greater China | Shanghai will be organizing a Joint German Pavilion again. Join us for more information on German participation at the CIIE in 2021.
