In the 2025 "Proposal of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development," China explicitly positioned hydrogen energy as a key element of its future industries and a new driver of economic growth. As a green energy source, hydrogen offers enterprises a direct pathway to decarbonization and supports the broader transformation toward a low-carbon industrial economy. At the same time, the hydrogen sector is expected to emerge as a trillion-dollar market, creating significant opportunities across the value chain.

在2025年《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十五个五年规划的建议》中，中国明确将氢能定位为未来产业的关键要素和经济增长的新引擎。作为绿色能源，氢能为企业提供了一条实现脱碳的直接路径，并支持向低碳工业经济的大规模转型。与此同时，氢能产业有望发展为万亿级市场，在整个价值链中创造巨大机遇。
