Andrew has over 17 years of professional experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Auditing and Finance across a diverse range of industry. Qualified in Australia with Big 4 firms, Andrew moved to Hong Kong over a decade ago and since then have worked in key global risk roles at Hong Kong Shanghai Hotels, Dairy Farm, PCCW and currently at China Light and Power (CLP). A believer in giving back to the community, Andrew was the 2022 Chair of CA ANZ Hong Kong Council. He has been awarded Fellowship of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (FCA).

Lauren is currently acting Deputy Consul-General and Senior Trade and Investment Commissioner in Guangzhou. She leads a team of professionals to promote trade and investment links between Australia and South China. Lauren is also Trade Commissioner for the seafood, consumer, horticulture and wine sectors across mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. She is leading the re-entry of Australian wine and lobster into mainland China. Lauren was recently based in Shanghai overseeing Austrade's Landing Pad program for tech scale-ups. Prior to Austrade, Lauren worked in various sales roles at IBM, LinkedIn, Salesforce.com and start-ups in Sydney and Hong Kong. Lauren has spent many years in China and is proficient in Mandarin Chinese.

Sally Grice was born in Sydney and grew up on Australia’s Gold Coast. She has lived in Shenzhen for the last 14 years with her husband and two daughters. Sally was a professional stuntwoman, water-skier and a 2-time world champion cable wakeboarder who was the first woman in the world to perform multiple inverted tricks. Sally has 18 years of experience in international trade and manufacturing. She is the founder of Grice Trading Int. Ltd., RKD Headwear (a global custom headwear brand) and The Supply Base (a product development and supply chain management service). In 2021 she launched a new femtech start up ‘Thyme Innovations’ that is focused on developing a wearable breast pump and other related products that help ease the pressure on working and busy mothers by saving them precious time. She is on the board of Directors for AustCham South China and the Chair of the tech committee.
