Kelly Mai is Executive Director at Urban Land Institute (ULI) Greater Bay Area and has a passion for creating better and more liveable spaces for communities. She was Co-chair of the ULI Hong Kong Young Leaders group. Kelly has a Master’s degree in Creative Industries from University of Arts London, and a postgraduate diploma in International Real Estate Development and Investment from the Royal Agriculture University. She joined a boutique design firm HEAD Architecture in 2013 and Woods Bagot in 2018, overseeing multiple projects including developments in China, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.

Ben Ke has more than 15 years of experience in design and project management. He led numerous architectural design projects and participated in compiling the construction standards for school, hospital, and sports developments in Longgang District, Shenzhen, China. He is familiar with the operation and implementation of government-funded projects. Ben is also an experienced project manager. He worked closely with different types of developers and was able to quickly understand and fulfill their needs.

Gary Zhao is General Manager of BRE China with highly experienced background in the area of built environment sustainability. He is leading the business growth of BRE in China, closely collaborating with both China/UK government and other stakeholders to support knowledge sharing and expand BRE’s business in China.
BRE is a world leading building science research institute, dedicating to improving built environment sustainability, quality construction and productivity.
