Navigating Marketing Regulations in China

Dear Members and Friends of SwissCham Shanghai,

Together with BenCham Shanghai, SwissCham Shanghai is proud to introduce the 2023 Legal Training Programme aimed at providing valuable legal insights to businesses operating in the Europe and China. The programme features a series of bi-weekly training sessions conducted by esteemed legal experts from DaWo Law Firm Shanghai, Shaohe Law Firm and De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek N.V. All of these sessions will be presented both online and offline.

This particular course on Navigating Marketing Regulations in China will take place on Wednesday, October 11, 2023. It will focus on marketing activities in China and delve into the legal challenges and best practices for businesses. Participants will explore the regulatory landscape, advertising standards, and strategies to avoid legal pitfalls.
