As a qualified leadership, team and personal coach, she has now guided several professionals in making critical career decisions. Eike also currently leads Grow2Glow coaching initiative for Siemens in China.
Not only has successfully adapted to different professional environments over her career, but also cultural ones. Hailing from Germany, Eike has, additionally, lived and worked in some of the world's most dynamic cities including Tokyo, Hong Kong and, of course, Beijing.

Eike is a dedicated leadership, team, personal coach and facilitator with 15+ years' experience living and working in Germany and Asia.
Beijing-based since 2014, Eike's area of focus is on leadership, personal and team coaching as well as organizational development with a strong emphasis on enhancement of self-awareness, values and communications.
Eike's passion is helping people and teams adjust to new situations, find their own resources and to empower them to reach their full potential. Her approach to coaching mirrors her approach to an intercultural environment – creative, flexible, courageous, and adaptable. Her style is inspirational, intuitive, and supportive. This intuitive approach and her strong ability to connect with clients, encourage clients to get clear on their goals and to achieve them.
Eike is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), ORSC Practitioner (Organization & Relationship System Coaching) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She holds a degree in Business Administration and is a certified industrial business management assistant by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Germany. Eike founded the company "Wen Eike Consulting Services Beijing, Ltd." in Beijing, China.
