Maria拥有消费金融以及商业和资产融资运营的工作经验。在来到成都运营中心前，Maria曾负责组建马尼拉的呼叫中心，指导呼叫中心的转型和发展，并成功对接到（澳新银行的）全球化运营标准和软硬件体系。

Maria Mercuri is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience in general management, operations, strategic development and implementation and risk management. Her most recent role is the Managing Director of ANZ Global Services and Operations(Chengdu) Company Limited. A service centre which forms part of ANZ's core support division responsible for service delivery to customers, customer-facing divisions and enablement functions across ANZ.
Maria has a history in Consumer Finance, Commercial & Asset Finance Operations and in her last role, Maria was responsible for building a Contact Centre of excellence in Manila through guiding contact centre transitions and developing and standardising global operating standards and infrastructure.
Maria is passionate about learning, delivering great outcomes for customers and developing leaders.

Mayda is a member of the board of ANZ Global Services and Operations (Chengdu) Company Limited and Head of Technology for ANZ Technology Campus China. She was the founder of itSMF Singapore Chapter. Her experience in leadership roles in digital and technology is extensive.
As a result, she contributed to driving exceptional revenue growth, building high performing teams and supporting the bank with their digital transformation. Over the years, she has acquired tremendous knowledge in leading positions within Thomson Reuters, Exel Logistics (DHL) and Ford Motor.
Being a strong leader in complex, continuous changing and multi-cultural environment she is an example for resilience, tenacity and smart teamwork.
She serves on the special committee of the prestigious Fudan University of Shanghai which focus on finance technology talents development. In Singapore she served in government advisory committee as member of council for The Future Economy Council Modern Services, which is to evaluate and oversee the implementation of Industry Transformation Maps.
Within the industry, she is also known as a strong advocate of diversity & inclusion especially for Women in Technology and digital for kids. She is a regular speaker at events on such topics.

Fengqin Xu 现就职于澳大利亚澳新银行成都营运中心， 任数据部数据科学家一职。领导团队基于银行全方位数据进行数据分析和建模，有效提高市场营销效率，减少运营成本和提高客户满意度。在此之前她担任全球零售风险模型部的负责人，拥有丰富的项目经验并深入了解银行信用管理体系，带领团队开发和构建系列风险模型，架构模型监控体系和指标设计，实时监控模型并诊断异常指标，辅助业务部门进行战略分析以符合银行的风险偏好。她还担任反洗钱调查部的负责人，带领团队侦测洗钱模式，对高风险客户进行基础调查和深入探测，符合监管机构的要求和控制合规风险。
从业10 多年来， 她曾任职于快消行业欧莱雅，GE Money, 咨询公司Opera Solutions，分别担任CRM 专员，数据分析师和项目经理，提供咨询业务给全球顶尖金融机构，包括德意志银行，巴克莱银行和美国运通等。
Fengqin 毕业于复旦大学管理学院，拥有统计学硕士学位。

Fengqin Xu is the principal data scientist for ANZ Bank Chengdu Service Centre. In this role she is leading the Process Intelligence agenda which seeks to enable customer service operations through data insights to unlock speed, cost, quality and operations of the future.
Prior to this role Fengqin lead ANZ Chengdu’s Global Retail Models team with a focus on the credit management framework using both Basel and credit decision models. She also led the Financial Intelligence Operations arm which utilised data to identify risk patterns for money laundering activities and undertake complex investigations.
She has more than 10 years’ experience across customer relations, data analysis and project management within international companies including L’Oreal, GE Money and Opera Solutions Consulting.
Fengqin graduated from the Management School of Fudan University with a Masters in Statistics.

Yilan Wei 是成都怡水空间的创始人。在此之前，她是FM工程咨询公司的洪水专家。她把技术与自然的融合，利用数据模拟水文和洪水工程知识。依兰用中英文撰写了大量有关水文学的出版物。
Yilan毕业于加州圣地亚哥州立大学土木工程、水资源学硕士学位，中国矿业大学环境资源管理和城乡规划科学学士学位。

Yilan Wei is the Founder of Chengdu GIS Water. Prior to that, she was a Flood Specialist at FM Engineering Consulting. Her world is the intersection of technology and nature, using data to model hydrology and flood engineering knowledge. Yilan has written numerous publications on hydrology in Chinese and English.
Yilan received her Masters of Science in Civil Engineering, Water Resources from the San Diego State University, California, and Bachelor of Science in Environmental & Resource Management and Urban & Rural Planning from China University of Mining & Technology, Beijing.
