Caroline Zhou is a visionary leader who has been into executive coaching in the past 15 years and has been instrumental in building up ISLC an as a premium executive coaching service provider in China and APAC region. Caroline has over 24 years working experience in executive coaching, management consulting, B-school marketing and telecommunication marketing functions. Her experience covers a number of areas of leadership development, including coaching, mentoring and lecturing to corporate clients and Hong Kong University. Caroline holds MBA degree from Melbourne Business School, Australia and M.A from Shanghai International Studies University.
