What is 'Assessment Center'?
Assessment Center is a methodology to predict your abilities, skills and competencies; and also get insight in the character/attitude and motivations for the future function. It is a structured way of evaluation, with trained assessors, and integrates a variety of tools. These tools, like assessment tests, role plays, job simulations and cases studies, define the strengths, weaknesses and development needs of the person for the position. Ruddy is an Assessment Center Specialist and Senior Business Psychologist. As a Leadership Coach, he focuses on the Assessment and the Development of Management, Leadership and Organisations.
Driven by his passion for people, leadership, and organizational development, Ruddy has accumulated 25 years of diversified working experience, of which 15 years in China and Asia. As a Business Psychologist, he conducts Leadership Assessment centers and Development programs (including assessment tools, training, workshops, and coaching for leadership and organisation development).

Erica is a Talent Assessment Specialist and Career Coach. She has an in-depth understanding of talent assessment methodology and career coaching for professionals, managers and leaders.
For talent assessment, she is experienced in assessing skills, abilities, personalities and competencies to determine the best-fit candidate for each open position/promotion and supporting competency improvement & performance. Erica has a passion for people and psychology, which drives her to support professionals in developing their career, managerial and leadership skills.
