In recent years mindfulness has become part of our daily vocabulary. Understanding the benefits of this practice has been enhanced with the development of the field of neuroscience, through which we can observe how brain responds to the states of curiosity, positivity, gratitude and compassion.
The basic purpose of the mindfulness practice is to enhance non-judgmental awareness of the present moment that enables practitioners to:
• Improve focus, memory, learning capacity
• Deepen sense of well-being
• Strengthen immune system and resilience
• Enhance awareness and authenticity
• Improve the quality of human relationships
During one-hour session, Dalida will introduce basic principles of neuroscience and practices for emotional regulation for those, who feel anxious about their work and life. Also during the session participants will be asked to take shoes off and sit on the floor. Please wear suitable clothes for this occasion.
