The QBPC Patent and Innovation Committee (PIC) is planning to host the 2024 PIC Lecture Session 9 - an online seminar on Patent Creativity in Judicial Practice on Nov 27, 2024 (Wednesday).

The dwarfing of creativity is the main pain point in the current examination by CNIPA. This seminar will sort out the standard of creativity in judicial practice by combining the typical cases related to creativity trialed by Beijing IP Court and the Supreme Court.
