Managers of foreign companies in China often grapple with intercultural communication barriers while upholding a German company culture. Additionally, the pandemic and resulting travel restrictions accelerated the trend toward management localization, raising questions on the role of German leadership in a post-pandemic China.
In this Chamber Meeting, we invite prominent leaders from various industries to discuss professional hurdles, localization trends post-COVID-19, and ways to establish a healthy corporate culture. In honor of International Women's Day, our panel members will share their personal accounts on female leadership in China and how it differs from Germany.
