The Level 2 Coaching training is part 2 of 3 in our Coaching Accreditation, takes you beyond the Level 1 skills and tools and teaches you how to create a true coaching dialogue. In turn, this allows you to "listen for what is not said", and will help your clients make meaning of any situation.
Level 2 coaching courses are open to all graduates of Level 1 Coach Training. We recommend you also have approximately 25 hours of coaching practice between Levels One and Two. Levels 1, 2 and 3 combined make up our ICF Accredited Coaching Accreditation (ACTP), however Levels 1 and 2 also stand alone as fully rounded and rigorous coach training programs.
The Level 2 coaching course teaches you techniques and approaches that will help build stronger and more trusting relationships with your counterparts and, therefore, deliver better coaching results. Level Two training will add to your coaching repertoire and assist your counterparts to change their old behaviours by being more self-aware, with an expanded perspective and access to deeper insights.
Certification: Certified Organisational Coach, Level 2 (Coaching Theory to Practice 2)
Successful completion of all Level 2 Coaching requirements leads to organisational coaching certification at that level. Once you are certified at Level Two you can apply for ICF credentials (via the ACSTH pathway) if you have enough mentor coaching hours, contact us to join our ACC Fast Track program which includes the six hours of mentor coaching you will need).
After Level Two you can enrol in the Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching and Leadership at Charles Sturt University (with Level 2 you are half-way through the Grad Cert). You may also choose to continue on to Coaching Accreditation via Level 3.

You can use the community to access a wide variety of alumni-only resources (such as coaching example videos, readings, sample contracts, Code of Ethics, sample coaching proposals, etc.) as well as asking questions of the community via specific, private messaging, or a public blog.
