IECL's Level Three Organisational Coach Training Program focuses on the skills and meta skills required to coach at senior executive levels.
Level 3 coaching courses are available to those who have successfully completed Levels 1 and 2.
Accredited Organisational Coach, Level 3 (Advanced Coaching Practice)
This program represents the third of three stages in the IECL's ICF Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP). This is the region's most highly respected organisational coaching qualification and conforms to the rigorous standards set by the International Coach Federation.
Successful completion of all Level 3 requirements leads to organisational coaching accreditation at that level.
With Level 3, you have all the hours and mentor coaching you need to apply for ICF credentials and you can apply via the ACTP pathway.

After graduating from Level One, all alumni join the online community of practice which gives you ongoing access to IECL faculty as well as other subject matter experts in the worldwide community. You can use the community to access a wide variety of alumni-only resources (such as coaching example videos, readings, sample contracts, Code of Ethics, sample coaching proposals, etc.) as well as asking questions of the community via specific, private messaging, or a public blog.
