The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the China-Australia Chamber of Commerce (AustCham China) will be held on 29 November 2024 from 17:00 at our offices in JinShang Yuan (EU Room, 3rd Floor, Building 20, Xinyuanli West, Chaoyang District, Beijing).
Please note: This meeting is for members only.
For those unable to attend in person, the AGM will also be accessible online. Details for online access will be provided closer to the date.
Nominations for vacancies on the board are due by 15 November 2024.
Members who are unable to attend the AGM in person or online may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf. If you are unable to find a suitable proxy, you may simply nominate the chair of the AGM as your proxy. Please ensure that proxy forms are completed and submitted by 15 November 2024.
