As the current Charge d'Affaires a.i. of the Embassy of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, Ayesha Wharton has had a highly accomplished career serving in the Trinidad and Tobago Foreign Service for almost 15 years.
Ayesha has served as the High Commission for the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago to Pretoria, South Africa, and the Embassy of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago to Beijing, People's Republic of China. She was also part of the pioneering team that helped establish the Embassy of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago in Beijing.
Ayesha has a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from McGill University, a Post Graduate diploma in International Relations from the University of the West indies ,and a M.A. from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts, University.
In her seven years of living in China, Ayesha has learned how to build community and lift other women up along the way. Join us for this special session where Ayesha will give us her advice for maintaining a healthy resilience through these difficult times.
