Join Kehilat as we launch a workout class open exclusively to the Kehilat Shanghai Community! Our community member Tanya will be hosting a month long workout series and our kick off class in Saturday May 21st for 50 RMB. The price will increase after the first class!
This class series will be composed of Pilates, which focuses on building strength in your core muscles, and Body Shaping, which contains elements of different and the most effective classical and modern fitness techniques.
