This month Beijing Women's Network Healthy Living Series has partnered with the Beijing Mindfulness Centre and Project Pengyou to bring you a mindfulness and meditation workshop.

This Healthy Living event offers you an opportunity to learn about the concept of mindfulness and how you can apply it to your everyday life. We will talk about meditation techniques as a tool to maintain a healthy body and mind.

Mindfulness can help us in all aspects of our lives, from our relationships to our performance at work. Come along to the Healthy Living with mindfulness workshop and learn something new in the company of some amazing women.

The workshop will be held at Project Pengyou. This is a great courtyard space nestled behind the Dali Courtyard restaurant in the hutongs.

Space is limited to 20 people. Please bring your ticket on the day so it can be scanned at check in.
