4/13 Matthew Demery - While chef Matthew Demery is known for luxurious fine dining as current sous chef at ON56 of the Pudong Grand Hyatt, the former chef of Michelin-starred Blue Duck Tavern in Washington, DC, actually places sustainability center stage in his cooking. We can look forward to a menu celebrating seasonal + sustainable products!
4/20 Team Bumbu- The team of much-loved Indonesian restaurant Bumbu are preparing a special menu of little-seen home- or street food-inspired Indo dishes - they always bring fun + flavor!
4/26-28 Jun Nishio - Chef Jun Nishio is hot off of his March Shanghai Supperclub dinner, where he served simply and elegantly prepared Japanese produce - for his 3-day residency, he plans to serve a menu "inspired by the Japanese alphabet".
