Cindy is the Founder and Managing Director of BOLDMOVES CHINA, a management consulting firm with a focus in Strategy Development, Executive Coaching and Leadership Development.

Cindy spent her corporate years working with Frito-Lay (a division of PepsiCo) as part of the senior leadership team working over a span of ten years in multiple functions, including, HR, Sales & Operations and Trade Marketing. She later joined TELUS Mobility as National Account Manager overseeing the company’s two largest national retail corporate accounts.

Today Cindy works extensively with MNCs and SME leaders and teams throughout Asia Pacific. She is a sought after Executive Coach qualifying for her PCC this year with ICF. She is also a Mentor Coach for qualifying ICF candidates.

Cindy has been living in China for over 14 years and was previously based in Vancouver, Canada. She has a BComm from Dalhousie University, Halifax Canada and an International EMBA from Rutgers University. She is a Board Member for Educating Girls in Rural China.

She also sits on the board of VIVA a women’s networking group. In 2012 she was selected as Entrepreneur of the Year, Women in Business – Faces of leadership, People’s Choice Award sponsored by the Women in Business in China. Cindy is also the former Chair of the Canada China Business Council.

Samantha is the founder of JingJobs.com, a curated job platform and HR Consulting firm that connects young bilingual graduates and millennials with China focused start up opportunities. She launched JingJobs in April 2014 at the age of 22, after experiencing a personal struggle finding visible job opportunities for younger inexperienced graduates in Beijing upon completion of her Mandarin studies. JingJobs currently has a total of 35,000 followers across social media channels and the platform. Samantha studied International Relations and Economics at the University of Sydney, Australia and graduated in March 2013. Originally from Hong Kong and Sydney, Samantha has resided in Beijing for 3 years.

Before starting her career in international development, Lisa Qin worked as a corporate attorney and high school teacher. Her first job at 15 was selling newspapers in Canberra, Australia, where she grew up. She holds an Ed.M in International Education Policy (Harvard) and M.Teach in Secondary Teaching (U.Melb). Abraham Sorock founded Atlas China in 2012 help companies hire and manage Mandarin speaking international talent. The firm has provided consulting and staffing services for Western and Chinese clients, ranging from Fortune 500s and industry leaders to highly specialized and growing technical companies. Abraham is a Mandarin speaker educated at the Hopkins- Nanjing Center and University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a committee chair for AmCham China and previously led the Beijing branch of the Jewish cultural Moishe House.

Terry leads production in creating, managing, and communicating best-practice digital campaigns and tech solutions. In 2003, Terry started his career at Johnson and Johnson working on systems implementation, management, and reporting with a focus on bridging tech with marketing, sales, and process excellence efforts. Over several years, he received numerous accolades for his work. Since then, he has worked his way around the world, having built and managed teams in Taiwan and Beijing with a passion for musical performances and event promotion in his free time.
