The QBPC Government Affairs and Public Policy Committee (GAPPC) will hold an online seminar on Latest Patent Legislation Changes and Judicial Practices of Computer and AI Relevant Area in China on May 28th, 2024 (Tuesday) .

China's Patent Law and its Implementation Rules have come into effect. QBPC will host several seminars to introduce its impact on prosecution, grant and enforcement. As one of these seminars, we will invite Lawyer Qian YANG to deliver the key changes concerns patent examination rules for computer-related patent application.
