The decision on the amendment to the law on work safety has been deliberated and adopted by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on June 10 and will be implemented on September 1. 2021. This amendment decision updates nearly half of the original law.
What is the impact on the enterprise's safety responsibility management and how to deal with the safety supervision under the new policy?
In 2020, following several high-profile accidents relating to dangerous goods, the Chinese government proposed comprehensive safety regulations to monitor the transport of hazardous substances. The new directive maps the entire process and stakeholders, detailing the responsibilities and liabilities of the different parties.
The new regulations might have a vast effect on German and EU enterprises, which are often involved with dangerous goods through the supply chain, customs inspection, product registration, logistics, and more.
In this webinar, we will invite experts in this field to help enterprises find effective solutions and comply with the new regulations.
