The world is fighting a global pandemic. We are still in the middle of the crisis and with effective medicine or a vaccination still months away it is far too early to come to final conclusions.

Did Germany learn from the Chinese experience, was the time span properly used, the population and the health system prepared? And what for the time after? What will be the repercussions on the Sino-German relationship, on inner EU- and China-EU ties once COVID-19 will be mastered? What impact on globalisation?
