Yu Shiyang is a renowned expert and senior Lean Management consultant (coach) in China, as well as a well-known public advocate in the Lean community. With twenty years of experience in the manufacturing industry, he has led systematic Lean transformation initiatives in large enterprise groups. He possesses extensive theoretical knowledge and practical expertise in Lean operations, Lean finance, Lean coaching, and Lean system development. WANG Zhongxu, former Director of the Occupational Protection and Ergonomics Laboratory at the National Institute of Occupational Health and Poison Control, National Center for Disease Control and Prevention, currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Occupational Ergonomics Committee of the China Ergonomics Society.

He has led or participated in multiple World Health Organization collaborative projects, provincial and ministerial-level scientific research initiatives, as well as national projects including the 973 Program, the 12th Five-Year Plan National Key Technology R&D Program, the Health Industry Special Project, and the National Natural Science Foundation (General Program). He spearheaded the development of 12 group standards on preventing musculoskeletal disorders for the China Health Supervision Association (including those for the automotive industry), providing essential data support for the inclusion of such disorders as a major category in the updated National Classification of Occupational Diseases. Additionally, he played a key role in providing technical support and contributing to the research and formulation of national standards such as the Occupational Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Diagnostic Criteria (already promulgated) and the Occupational Exposure Risk Assessment Standard for Repetitive Hand-Wrist Forceful Tasks (already reviewed by the standards committee).

He heads the MTM Institute, is an MTM instructor and was, among other things, a member of the management circle at Fraunhofer Austria and a visiting professor at the Institute for Production Systems at TU Dortmund University. He is Adjunct Professor for Industrial Engineering at Vienna University of Technology and Visiting Professor at Jiangsu University of Science and Technology.
