The Community Center Shanghai (CCS) Summer Bazaar will be held at Ala Town on Saturday, June 5th, from 12:30 to 18:30. There will be plenty of vendors to choose from, for that special gift for someone repatriating, or something special just for you!
In addition to one stop fabulous shopping there will be kids activities at this family friendly event. See you at the central square of Ala Town!

Tables are available on first come, first served basis per category. We reserve the right to make sure we have a variety of products represented. Please wait for a confirmation email before payment.
1 table is 400 RMB, to be paid upon confirmation.
Approximate 30 vendors will be accepted. Approximately 30% food and 70% non-food. Note: only non-restaurant food will be accepted, example of acceptable foods: candies, cookies, chocolate, bagels, cinnamon rolls, etc.
Payment
Registrants need to pay 400 RMB per table within 72 hours from receiving Community Center Shanghai's confirmation email reguarding registration.
If payment is not received within required time frame, the registration will be forfeited for the event. Upon request, the registrant can be added to the waiting list.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 4 workings days prior to the bazaar, a full refund will be made.
NO REFUND will be issued for cancellation made 3 or fewer working days prior to the bazaar.
Promotions
Community Center Shanghai will invite the community to the bazaar. In return, Community Center Shanghai requests that vendors promote the event to their clients as well.
