之前在阿里巴巴担任交互体验专家（User Experience Advisor)。负责国际业务LAZADA的卖家平台，带领团队设计师进行东南亚的卖家调研和设计优化。对于User Centric Design和Lean Developement的热诚， 与团队共同一起在3个月的时间把卖家平台PC和APP端从调研，设计到开发然后成功发布到东南亚多个国家。
有超过9年的设计与产品管理经验。2014年设计并开发了FASHORY - 内容电商平台，得到了连卡佛，新加坡报业控股以及美国Plug & Play的投资。

Specialise in bringing users down a conversion funnel using user-centered design.
Previously working in the Alibaba Group as the UX Design Advisor in the international UED department. Leading the LAZADA Seller UX Team and oversee the seller various platform, from desktop to mobile. Worked with the business unit and developers to develop data driven solution for the users.
Currently, she is also the Co-Founder and Product Director of FUSE. A retail airbnb platform that provide brands an alternative solution to launch their product in China market quickly.

谷博，现任大中华区BIM经理（建筑信息管理）。
曾就读于美国卡内基梅隆大学（Carnegie Mellon University），获得土木工程硕士。研究生就读期间，主攻BIM与激光扫描技术在建筑运营维护阶段的应用，并发表了数篇学术论文。毕业后，曾先后在美国华盛顿及新泽西地区的大型总承包商公司就职，参与了数十个项目的建设，其中包括大型私人博物馆园区（造价3亿美金）。主要负责BIM在施工阶段的应用，推广激光扫描仪、自动全站仪等先进技术在项目上的使用。于2017年加入WeWork，专注于推广BIM及其他前沿技术在全项目周期的应用，致力于帮助团队提高工作效率。

BIM is short for Building Information Management.
Bo got her Masters degree from Carnegie Mellon University, with a research focus on how to apply laser scanning technology and BIM method during building operation and facility management phase. She has published 3 papers on this topic.
After graduation, she worked as a BIM project lead for general contractors in Washington DC and New York. She was involved in many construction projects, including a 300 million USD private museum. Her main job was to promote cutting-edge technologies in the construction phase.
Bo joined WeWork in 2017. Since then, her priority is to introduce and implement new technologies to help improve work efficiency throughout the building lifecycle.
