Pitch for $1 Million!
Chinaccelerator is partnering with StartCon's 2018 Asia Pacific Pitch for $1 Million competition to host the Shanghai regional competition on October 25th.
-Attend as a startup applicant to pitch:
The startup who wins the regional final will be invited to participate in the Pitch for $1 Million Finals in Sydney on 1st December 2018, with your expenses covered and will also get to attend the Draper Venture Network CEO Summit 2019. The final award values at $1 Million Australian dollars.

*Chinaccelerator will select 10 startups from those applications to pitch on the stage.

You are welcome to watch the competition and learn from the founders and investors who've been-there-and-done-that. Learn from their journeys and know in advance what to look out for. Also you will be able to meet investors, founders, potential customers and partners and get important connections for your business.

Get yourself more high quality startups and accelerate your deal flow. This competition will gather some of the region's leading VCs and angels which can help you build your strategic investor network.

If you are a technology startup looking for seed to series A funding, if you already had early traction and are ready to scale, then this is for you.
We are looking for the best startups from across Asia Pacific. While not all required, we would love it if your startup has:
- Full time founder(s)
- A pitch deck
- A functioning product
- Had some early traction
📊 ABOUT PITCHES
- Length: 2 minutes
- Prepare your slides and send to our team at least one week prior to the day you pitch.
- You will be presenting in front of 3-5 judges and a live audience of 200-500 people.
💰 HOW THE INVESTMENT WORKS
- The winner will receive a $1 million term sheet for investment in exchange for a portion of equity.
- In order to allow startups of various stages of growth to participate and have an equal chance to win, we have chosen not to force startups into a fixed valuation with a set equity amount.
- The company's valuation will be based on a range of factors, including the size of business, amount of funding previously raised, and progress to date.
- You have the right to reject the investment but we encourage you to seriously consider it.

After discovering the concept of Business Model Innovation he transitioned to the world of medtech startups. This propelled his move to China in early 2008, and he has since then been involved in various dimensions of innovation: product launches, go-to market strategies, venture capital financing, and M&As.
