FitFam Yoga and Wellness rules:
1) Please turn up early 15mins - ready to start the class on time. You must be on your mat ready. Please ensure you allow enough time for travel, especially if you have not been to the location before.
2) CANCELLATION policy: We understand your work day may get busy and you may need to cancel. Please cancel before 8pm for morning classes and if its an evening class, must cancel by 5pm. After this time is a 1 week penalty- from all capped FitFam locations. Even after this time please advise in the chat group and take you penalty. So that your spot can be filled.
3) BYO mat - if you would like to participate in FitFam Yoga this is a must.
4) If you are penalized - you accept this gracefully. FitFam takes a lot of time and effort and good will to organise 1 class let alone many different classes across other locations.
5) You are to stay for the entire class to not interrupt anyones practice.
6) Phones need to be turned off
As you all know FitFam is made up of 100% volunteers giving their time and effort to keep you active.
Please be grateful to our amazing certified Yogis and mindfulness masters.
They love FitFam and give you their expertise.
