This module we're going to have our TED Talks on Mergers & Acquisitions and IPO companies from our classmates.

Andreas will share his company IPOed from Bayer 3 years ago and how he led the transaction work stream with some real time examples that will illustrate our last module's theory.

Fernando will present company project and the business decision making process.

He will also share some good cases from his company.

Rachel will talk about basic deal structures, deal process and share some GE Mergers & Acquisitions deals.

And Fenix will tell us all about "The Ninepercent Phenomenon"- 9 beautiful young men conquered millions of young girls hearts in China. Brands are lining up to sign them up. How did it happen? What does it mean for brands and their fans?
