Enoch Wong was born in Hong Kong, and has worked and lived in 7 countries across Asia, Europe and Africa. He currently runs an education startup based in Beijing as co-founder and CEO. CareerX aims to inspire and enable young talent, connecting them directly with real-world challenges, activating their entrepreneurial spirit. He is also a coach and speaks as a lecturer at Tsinghua University, Facebook, China UnionPay and other top institutions/companies on the topics of design thinking, innovation and entrepreneurship.
He was a Swire Scholar graduated from the University of Warwick (UK); and was selected as a Schwarzman Scholar at Tsinghua University (China). Since 2011, he has the pleasure to be invited to over 30 countries to deliver training and speeches for youth. In 2018, he was selected as China's youth representative at the UN Youth Forum. Enoch is also a previous leader at AIESEC: youth leadership development organisation.

Shaper Trainings come out of a desire in our community to learn the best skills each of our fellow Shapers has to offer. Trainings are a bi-monthly event where outstanding members of our WEF Global Shapers community share specific skills or tactics they’ve acquired to help them reach their current level of success.

The Global Shapers Community is an initiative of the World Economic Forum and constitutes a network of city-based Hubs developed and led by young leaders between 20 and 30 years old who want to develop their leadership potential towards serving society. Shapers are highly motivated individuals who have a great potential for future leadership roles in society. They are selected on the basis of their achievements, leadership potential, and commitment to make a difference.
