The workforce in China is constantly facing challenges like aging population, salary increase, the fourth industrial revolution also known as Made in China 2025, retention, shortage of talent and those with digital skills, rapid technological advancement, M&A and the working culture differences between the two merged companies and the effects on business model brought by disruptive social and digital changes.
